Step-by-step instructions

The documented self-serve cancel path is downgrading the repository to Free.

1
Open Settings, then Plans & Billing

Sign in to the repository. Billing is per repository, not per account.

2
Click Change plan

Select Change plan, then choose a lower plan or Free.

3
Reduce usage if the downgrade is blocked

You can downgrade only if API/CDN usage, user count and locale count fit the target plan. For example, drop to 2 or fewer locales before moving from Small to Free.

4
Review limits and confirm

Review the selected plan limits and confirm. Changing plan does not remove charges for usage already incurred.

Usage must already fit Free or the lower plan, including locales and users, or the downgrade is blocked.

Refunds, downgrades, pausing and your data

Four questions people ask before they cancel
Can I get my money back?

Prismic billing docs say annual plan renewals can be refunded if requested within 30 days of the renewal date. Monthly plans are not eligible. You must downgrade the repository to Free, then contact support. Refund processing can take several weeks. The Terms of Service also say amounts are otherwise non-refundable, non-cancelable and non-creditable.

Refund possible
Is there a cheaper way to stay?

Downgrade from Settings, Plans & Billing, Change plan, then pick a lower plan or Free. Usage must already fit the target limits. API and CDN usage reset at the start of each monthly billing cycle, so you may have to wait if you are over the lower plan.

Free tier exists
Can I pause instead of cancel?

Prismic documents no subscription pause.
