Sign in and switch to the workspace whose subscription you want to cancel. Each workspace can have a separate subscription.

Open Workspace Settings, then select Billing and plans.

Open the three-dot menu in the right corner, select Cancel Subscription and confirm by clicking Cancel Subscription again.

Async sends a confirmation email after cancellation. Check spam if it does not appear.

Premium features remain through the current billing cycle, then the workspace downgrades to the Basic plan. A canceled subscription can typically be reactivated by selecting a new plan in billing.
Can I pause instead of cancel?

What happens to my account data?
Cancellation keeps the account on Basic. Account deletion is separate and irreversible under Profile Settings, Permanently Delete Account; it removes all workspaces, recordings, projects, voices, shows, episodes and other files.
