Cancel Pitch from the workspace Billing page: open the Subscriptions tab, click Cancel subscription, select a reason and confirm; only the workspace owner and admins can do this. Open your workspace's billing page
In Pitch on the web, click your workspace name and select Billing. Only the workspace owner and admins can access the billing page and manage the subscription.

Go to the Subscriptions tab
The active plan is listed there.

Click Cancel subscription
This starts the cancellation flow.

Select a cancellation reason and confirm
You must select a cancellation reason in order to continue. Paid features stay active until the end of the current billing cycle, then the subscription does not renew and the workspace automatically goes back to the free plan.
The billing page is not accessible from mobile devices - use a computer to manage or cancel the subscription. There is no app-store subscription to cancel.
Downgrading between paid tiers is handled through Pitch support rather than self-serve.

Enterprise and invoiced plans: terminate in text form

Pitch's Terms of Use state that all fees and prices are net prices, non-cancelable and non-refundable. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep paid features until the end of the current billing cycle. Pitch also does not offer refunds or credits for members removed mid-cycle.
Is there a cheaper way to stay?
When the workspace reverts to the free plan, creators and commenters are automatically changed to admins, advanced link options are turned off (links stay active), shared private folders can no longer be created or edited, new video uploads are disabled, image uploads over 5MB become unavailable, PDF exports get a Pitch watermark and PowerPoint exports are no longer available. Downgrading between paid tiers requires contacting [email protected].
Can I pause instead of cancel?
No pause option is documented in Pitch's help center or Terms of Use.
What happens to my account data?
Reverting to the free plan does not delete presentations; videos already placed in decks remain, while library videos stay stored but hidden until you upgrade again. Account deletion is separate: click the workspace name, open Account Settings and choose Delete my account. Deletion removes all workspaces you own and any presentations in them, completes within 30 days, is permanent and cannot be undone; the request can be cancelled from account settings before it completes.

Click your workspace name, open Account Settings and choose Delete my account. This deletes all workspaces you own and their presentations, completes within 30 days and is permanent; you can cancel the request from account settings before then.
