Open the OpenWhispr desktop app, go to Settings and find the Account section.

Click Manage Billing. OpenWhispr opens the Stripe billing portal in the browser. You can also click Downgrade on the Free plan card to open the same portal.

Use the subscription cancellation control in the Stripe portal and confirm. OpenWhispr records period-end cancellations and the current period end date.
