How do I cancel Mux?
Cancel Mux from the Billing and Payments section under Account Settings in your Mux account, at least 60 days before the current Subscription Period ends. Access continues through that paid period. Fees are non-refundable except a pro-rated refund if you terminate for Mux's material breach.

Invoice customers pay by ACH or wire within 30 days of invoice unless the Order says otherwise.
Sign in at dashboard.mux.com. Terms section 4.4: cancellation information is in the Billing and Payments section of your Mux account. The 4 Apr 2022 changelog places billing pages in Account Settings under Billing. Follow the cancellation prompts shown there. Mux does not publish a Cancel button label.
Unless an Order says otherwise, each Order renews for successive periods equal to the initial Subscription Period until cancelled by Mux or you at least 60 days before the end of the current Subscription Period.
Section 6.1 allows either party to terminate the Terms by written notice under Notices, for any reason. The Terms still last for the duration of any Subscription Period. Notices to Mux: Mux, Inc., Attn: Legal Team, 88 Stevenson Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, with a copy to [email protected].
Give at least 60 days' notice. A late cancel is not documented as stopping the next Subscription Period. Export Customer Data before termination; Mux may permanently delete it.
