An account admin cancels renewal for each paid product from Administration > Billing.

Open Administration
Click the profile picture in the upper-right corner and select Administration. Only an account admin can cancel.

Open Billing
Select Billing in the Administration menu and find the monday.com product you want to stop.

Choose Cancel product
Open the three-dot product menu, select Cancel product and choose the reason for cancellation.

Cancel the renewal
Select Cancel product plan and then Cancel plan renewal. Existing customers should complete this at least 30 days before the term ends.
