Cancel the Microsoft 365 Premium plan that includes Copilot from the Microsoft 365 subscription page on account.microsoft.com by selecting Cancel subscription. It takes about 2 minutes, and paid benefits last until the plan expires unless a refund is taken. A prorated refund is available within 14 days of the initial purchase in most countries.

Use this path for a subscription billed directly by the service.
Go to the Microsoft 365 subscription page and sign in with the Microsoft account used to buy the plan.
Select Cancel subscription. The option can also say Upgrade or Cancel. If Turn on recurring billing is shown instead, the plan is already set to expire.
Read the Please review section and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation.
Use this path only when the receipt is from Apple.
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
Open the Microsoft 365 subscription that was purchased through Apple.
Confirm the cancellation. If there is no Cancel button or an expiry message is shown, the subscription is already set to end.
Use this path only when the receipt is from Google Play.
Open Google Play, tap your profile picture, then choose Payments & subscriptions and Subscriptions.
Open the Microsoft 365 subscription that was purchased through Google Play.
Follow the prompts and confirm. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a Play subscription.
