Cancel a paid email marketing plan from Settings, then Plans
You can download invoices and upgrade, downgrade and cancel your plan. To cancel an email marketing plan go to Settings > Plans. The terms say a cancelled subscription typically stays active until the end of the billing cycle.

Ask support to deactivate the store
If you want to deactivate your store, contact the support team from lemonsqueezy.com/help. Public docs do not publish a self-serve Deactivate store button.

Export customer data first
After termination you will not have access to the Lemon Squeezy Service or Customer Data. Copy or remove Customer Data before the store is deactivated.

The merchant terms say all fees are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated. Lemon Squeezy is not obligated to issue refunds or credits but may do so for seller or affiliate fraud, Lemon Squeezy or seller mistakes, or products that violate the terms. There is no monthly ecommerce fee to refund on the standard plan.
Is there a cheaper way to stay?
Email marketing plans can be upgraded, downgraded and cancelled at any time from Settings > Plans. Ecommerce already has no monthly fee. After the agreement ends the merchant must stop using the service.
Can I pause instead of cancel?
No store-level pause is documented. The merchant FAQ says you can cancel anytime and there are no long-term commitments. Buyers of your products can pause their own subscriptions; that is not a pause of your Lemon Squeezy account.
What happens to my account data?
After termination, including any transition through the end of the billing cycle, the merchant will not have access to the service or Customer Data stored there. Lemon Squeezy has no obligation to maintain or store Customer Data and will promptly delete or remove it, except as needed to comply with law.

Not for ecommerce. Pricing is 5% + 50¢ per transaction. Email marketing is $0 up to 500 subscribers, then a subscriber-based charge.
Will I get a refund?
Merchant fees are non-refundable unless the terms expressly say otherwise. Lemon Squeezy may issue refunds in fraud or mistake cases.
What happens to my data when the store is deactivated?
Export first. After termination you lose access, and Lemon Squeezy promptly deletes Customer Data except where law requires it to keep a copy.
