Open Billing
In LaunchDarkly, select the gear icon, open Organization settings, and choose Billing. The account Owner or a member with the Billing Admin organization role can manage billing.

Find End subscription
On the Billing page, find the End subscription section and click Cancel my subscription.

Confirm cancellation
In the dialog, click Cancel my subscription again. The account remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Usage above prepaid entitlements during the remainder of the billing cycle is still billed.
