How do I cancel Laravel Cloud?

Short answer
An organization Admin can cancel Laravel Cloud under Settings > Billing > Cancel subscription. It takes about two minutes and the plan stays active through the billing cycle. Remaining compute, resources and custom domains are then terminated, with the final usage invoice processed two days later.

Step-by-step instructions

Review active usage and resources
Open the organization dashboard and review Usage. Plan for the final usage invoice and move any application, database, storage or domain that must remain available.

Open Billing
As an organization Admin, go to Settings > Billing.

Cancel the subscription
Select Cancel subscription and complete the confirmation. Keep the confirmation and billing-cycle end date.

Check the final invoice
The plan continues through the current billing cycle. Laravel Cloud processes the final invoice two days after termination.
Cancellation terminates remaining compute, resources and custom domains at the end of the cycle. Migrating data and domains first is essential.

Only organization Admins can manage billing and cancel the subscription; Developers cannot access billing settings.

Check any separate contract
Enterprise and other negotiated subscriptions can have order-specific terms. Laravel's general terms also state a 30-day written non-renewal rule for subscription services, while the current Cloud documentation says an Admin can cancel at any time.
The product documentation says cancellation is available at any time. Laravel's general terms separately mention written notice at least 30 days before a subscription term ends, so contract customers should follow the stricter signed terms.

Four questions people ask before they cancelCan I get my money back?
Laravel Cloud's terms say paid fees are non-refundable after customer cancellation and no prorated refund is provided for the remaining current term. A pro-rata prepaid refund is only documented when Laravel terminates an account without cause.
Is there a cheaper way to stay?
An Admin can use Settings > Billing > Change plan, select a lower plan and click Update plan. The higher plan remains active through the cycle. Before downgrading, remove dependencies on features such as higher autoscaling limits or custom-domain allowances that the lower plan does not support.
Can I pause instead of cancel?
Laravel Cloud does not document a subscription pause. Scale to Zero can reduce compute charges while supported resources are idle, but it does not stop the plan fee, storage charges or other usage billing.
What happens to my account data?
At the billing-cycle end, remaining environment compute, resources and custom domains are terminated. Basic organization data such as invoices and members remains accessible. Deleting the organization is separate, immediate and permanent and removes all member, application and resource data once invoices are current and no usage charges remain.
