There is no automatic downgrade to a free plan. After the subscription ends, applications still sending traces may receive authentication errors. Create a new organization if you want the free plan.
Organization Admins manage billing settings. Plus seats are billed monthly on the 1st or prorated if added mid-month, with no credit for removed seats.
Enterprise is invoiced annually. Unless an Order Form says otherwise, a Subscription Term auto-renews for one year unless either party gives notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the term ends. The Terms of Service say email is sufficient.

LangChain Terms of Service state that except as expressly provided, all payment obligations are non-cancelable and Fees paid are non-refundable. Seats added mid-month are prorated; removed seats get no credit.
There is no automatic downgrade path from paid plans to free plans. The cancelled Plus or Startup subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. To use the free Developer plan you need to create a new organization.
No pause option is documented. You can set spend or usage limits, or select Renew Subscription later after cancelling.
Base traces are retained 14 days and extended traces 400 days by default, then user data associated with the trace is deleted from internal systems within a day. After a paid Subscription Term, you may export Customer Data during the term or within 30 days after, subject to the configured retention period. Within 30 days of a written request after termination, LangChain shall delete all Customer Data in its custody.
