Use this path for a personal All Products Pack billed on your JetBrains Account.
Open account.jetbrains.com. These steps are for a personal All Products Pack.
Find the All Products Pack subscription and click Cancel subscription.
In the dialog that pops up, click Confirm. Access continues until the current billing period ends and the plan will not renew.
Commercial organization licenses cancel in Central Console. The older JetBrains Account commercial article is now described as classroom-license instructions.
Organization admins for commercial licenses sign in at console.jetbrains.cloud. JetBrains says commercial organizations manage subscriptions there.
Under Licensing, select Licenses, select the subscriptions, click Pay, then choose Stop payments for X licenses and Confirm. Access continues until the current billing period ends.

Refunds, downgrades, pausing and your data

JetBrains may refund monthly purchases requested within 7 days and annual purchases requested within 30 days, reviewed individually. Recurring-payment terms say a late cancel takes effect on the following cycle with no partial refund.
A personal All Products Pack can be downgraded to a single-tool subscription in the JetBrains Account: click Downgrade, select the tool, and Confirm. Unused pack time is credited. Canceling or downgrading within a year does not grant a perpetual fallback license.
No pause option is documented. JetBrains instead documents disabling automatic renewal so the subscription stays active until it expires without another charge.
Canceling does not delete the JetBrains Account. Personal data removal is a separate request through the account or [email protected]. JetBrains may retain some data for legal, security, or backup reasons.
