How do I cancel HubSpot?

Cancel HubSpot from Account & Billing as a Super Admin or Billing admin: open Subscriptions and choose Cancel auto-renewal for the products to stop. It takes about 3 minutes; mid-contract cancellation is not permitted, so cancellation takes effect at the end of the commitment and the account moves to Free Tools. Paid amounts are generally non-refundable and payment obligations are non-cancelable.

Open Account & Billing
Use a Super Admin or Billing admin account, open the account menu and choose Account & Billing.

Open Subscriptions
Select Subscriptions and choose Cancel auto-renewal for the products you want to stop.

Select products
Select every product that should end, then click Next.

Confirm non-renewal
Choose a reason, review the commitment end date and select Cancel auto-renewal. Mid-contract cancellation is not permitted.

Is there a cheaper way to stay?
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the commitment and the account moves to Free Tools. Lower limits can disable or remove paid-only features and some content, so export data first.
Can I pause instead of cancel?
No pause for HubSpot's own software subscription is documented. HubSpot's customer-billing pause tool does not pause a HubSpot software plan.
What happens to my account data?
The account remains on Free Tools unless separately deleted. Some product downgrade effects include deleting disabled workflows after 90 days. Account deletion is permanent and only available after active commitments end.
