Sign in to Grammarly and select Account in the left sidebar.
Choose Your account, then Subscription.
Click Cancel Subscription at the bottom, then click Continue.
Choose a reason and click Cancel Subscription again.

Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
Open the Grammarly subscription that was purchased through Apple.
Confirm the cancellation. If there is no Cancel button or an expiry message is shown, the subscription is already set to end.
