How do I cancel Google Health Premium?

Cancel Google Health Premium from Google Store Subscriptions or, in the Google Health app, open Membership benefits and tap Cancel membership to reach the billing app store. It takes about 2 minutes and access continues through the paid billing period. Google Store does not refund that current period; Apple and Google Play apply their own refund rules.

Step-by-step instructions
Use Google Store Subscriptions only when Google Store bills the standalone membership.

Sign in to Google Store
Use the Google Account connected to the Google Health Premium purchase.

Open Subscriptions
Open the profile menu, select Subscriptions and choose Google Health Premium.

Open Payment Detail
Select Payment Detail, then choose Cancel Subscription.

Confirm cancellation
Complete the confirmation. Future charges stop and paid access continues until the current billing period ends.
Apple controls cancellation and refund eligibility for App Store purchases.

In Google Health, tap your profile picture, Google Health Settings, Google Health Premium and Membership benefits.

Tap Cancel membership
Google Health sends you to the app store subscription page that bills the membership.

Open Apple Subscriptions
In iPhone or iPad Settings, tap your name and Subscriptions, then choose Google Health Premium.

Tap Cancel Subscription
Confirm the cancellation. If no cancel button appears or a red expiration message is shown, Apple says the subscription is already canceled.
Google Play controls store-side cancellation and refund eligibility for Play Store purchases.

For a paid membership bought through Google Store, cancellation stops only future charges. Google does not refund the current billing period and keeps Premium active through its end. Apple and Google Play apply their own refund eligibility rules to purchases they bill.
Is there a cheaper way to stay?
Google documents no lower paid Google Health Premium tier or downgrade path. Google AI Pro and Google AI Ultra can include Premium, but those are separate Google One memberships rather than downgrades.
Can I pause instead of cancel?

What happens to my account data?
Canceling Google Health Premium is separate from deleting Fitbit or Google Health data and from deleting the Google Account. Google advises canceling the subscription separately through the store where it was purchased before deleting the Fitbit service or account.
