Step-by-step instructions

The public dashboard overview has no Cancel subscription control.

1
Send written non-renewal notice

Email [email protected] at least 30 days before the current Subscription Period ends. The cover page sets that period at 12 months and the invoice period annually. The customer notice address is the main email on the account.

2
Do not treat Unpublish as cancellation

Dashboard docs describe Unpublish a site as taking a site offline without deleting it. That is not documented as stopping billing.

Give at least 30 days' written notice. A late notice can allow another 12-month renewal under the cover page.
