Refunds, downgrades, pausing and your data

Four questions people ask before they cancel
Can I get my money back?

Elementor refunds eligible first purchases of Elementor Builder requested within 30 days. Upgrades, renewals and Elementor AI subscriptions are not eligible, and turning off renewal does not automatically request a refund.

Refund possible
Is there a cheaper way to stay?

Elementor does not document a lower paid-plan downgrade for an existing subscription. After Pro expires, the existing site remains intact, but Pro widgets, templates, updates, support and other paid features become unavailable.
