If you subscribed in a web browser, sign in to your Duolingo account in the browser.

The cancel help page says cancelling will not retroactively refund subscription payments and previously charged fees cannot be prorated based on cancellation date. In-app purchase charges are generally nonrefundable, with no refunds or credits for partially used periods. iOS refunds are handled by Apple, not Duolingo. Web and Android refund requests go to Duolingo support as a Purchase Issue. Terms add that all payments are nonrefundable unless required by law, and Apple or Google handle store purchases.
Is there a cheaper way to stay?
After you cancel, you can use Super Duolingo features for the remainder of the subscription period, then the account continues on free Duolingo. Streak and learning progress are not affected. You can reactivate anytime. Individual Super can be changed to a Family Plan from Change plan, except monthly Google Play Super cannot upgrade to Family. Super subscribers can upgrade to Max in the iOS or Android app; web Super cannot upgrade to Max.
