Open Workspace settings
Click the Workspace avatar in the upper-left corner and select Settings. You must be an owner or admin to change the plan.

Select Billing from the Settings sidebar to view the current plan and renewal details.

Choose Downgrade or Cancel plan
Select Downgrade or Cancel plan, choose Free Forever and complete the confirmation flow.

Review the free-plan limits
The change takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Workspace data remains, but features and usage above Free Forever limits are restricted.
A downgrade keeps the data but can make paid features unavailable when the billing cycle ends.
