Open Billing
In Admin Center, select Billing. You need organization owner or admin billing access to change a team plan.

Select Change plan
Choose Change plan and then select Upgrade or Downgrade.

Choose Free
Select the Free plan and confirm the downgrade. Paid features stay active until the end of the current billing period.
Use Apple Subscriptions when the plan was purchased in the Calendly iOS app.

Open Apple Subscriptions
If Apple bills the plan, open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name and tap Subscriptions.

Select Calendly
Choose the Calendly subscription associated with the Apple Account shown on the purchase receipt.

Tap Cancel Subscription
Confirm the cancellation. If no Cancel button appears or a red expiration message is shown, Apple already considers it canceled.
Calendly cannot cancel or refund an Apple-billed subscription.
