How do I cancel Bugsnag?
Cancel Bugsnag from organization settings: select Manage billing, then Cancel my subscription. It takes about a minute, and the organization is moved to the limited Free plan and is no longer billed. Bugsnag does not publish a refund window for unused paid time.

Step-by-step instructions
Bugsnag is moving login to SmartBear ID. Cancelling still uses Manage billing in organization settings.
In the dashboard, go to your organization's settings (shortcut: g o). Organization Admins can change plan or billing settings.
Select Manage billing > Cancel my subscription.
The organization's plan is downgraded to a free tier and you are no longer billed unless you upgrade later. Dashboard access remains.
Change plan or billing settings is limited to Organization Admins. Project Owners and Project Members cannot manage billing.
To remove the organization and its data, go to organization settings and select Delete organization. Collaborator user accounts remain.
