How do I cancel BeFunky?

Cancel BeFunky from the Account page at befunky.com/my-account: scroll to the Subscription section and click Cancel My Subscription. It takes about a minute, and Plus or Pro features stay active until the end of the current billing period. BeFunky says all Plus and Pro purchases are final and non-refundable.

Go to your Account page
Sign in at befunky.com and click your avatar icon in the top right corner of your screen to open the Account page (befunky.com/my-account).

Click Cancel My Subscription
Scroll down the Account page to the Subscription section, then click Cancel My Subscription.

Confirm the cancellation
Confirm your subscription cancelation in the pop-up. If you paid through PayPal, BeFunky redirects you to PayPal to finish managing the subscription there. You keep Plus or Pro features until the end of the current billing period.
If your Account page shows BeFunky Free but you are still being charged, you are probably signed in to a different BeFunky account than the one with the subscription.
Use these steps only if you upgraded inside the mobile app. A website subscription never appears in the App Store subscription list.

Open Settings and tap your name
Subscriptions bought in the BeFunky mobile app through the Apple App Store must be cancelled through the App Store, not on the BeFunky website.

Tap Subscriptions
You will see the subscriptions tied to your Apple Account. Store subscriptions are linked to the Apple ID used at the time of purchase, so sign in with that Apple ID.

Tap the BeFunky subscription, then Cancel Subscription
You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.

Open your subscriptions in Google Play
Subscriptions bought through Google Play must be cancelled in Google Play, using the Google account that made the purchase.

Select the BeFunky subscription
In the Play Store, open your profile, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.

Tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions
You keep access until the end of the current billing period. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.
Uninstalling the BeFunky app does not cancel the subscription - cancel it in Google Play.

All purchases of BeFunky Plus and Pro subscriptions are final and non-refundable, per BeFunky's policy, and a charge that lands because a trial or subscription was not cancelled before the renewal date is also non-refundable. Subscriptions bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple or Google, and refund requests must be submitted through the same store.
Is there a cheaper way to stay?
After cancelling you keep Plus or Pro features until the end of the current billing period, then the account reverts to the free plan. Pro credits: remaining monthly Subscription Credits become unavailable when the subscription ends, while purchased Top-up Credits stay available for 90 days after the subscription ends and come back if you resubscribe within that window. You can also downgrade from Pro to Plus on the Account page - Pro features then stay active until the end of the billing cycle.
Can I pause instead of cancel?
No pause option is documented in BeFunky's help center or Renewal Policy.
What happens to my account data?
Cancelling keeps your account, images and projects. Deleting the account is separate: from My Account click Delete Account, confirm with Yes, Delete My Account, then click the confirmation link BeFunky emails you within 24 hours while logged in. Once confirmed, any active subscription is cancelled immediately and the images and projects linked to the account are deleted. BeFunky also notes that logging back in re-opens a closed account.
