First confirm where the subscription is billed.

Open the Amazon Q Developer console
Sign in to the linked AWS account, select US East (N. Virginia), then open Subscriptions.

Open Builder ID users
Choose the Builder ID users tab and select your subscription.

Click Unsubscribe
Confirm the warning. The subscription status changes to Canceled immediately.
Shared plans require an authorized owner, administrator or billing contact.

Open the provider subscription list
An administrator opens the Amazon Q Developer console and selects Users or Groups for the identity provider.

Select the assigned users or groups
Choose the subscriptions that should end.

Choose More actions > Unsubscribe
Confirm the change for the selected users or groups.
