Can I get a Windsurf refund?
The Terms of Service state all subscription payments are non-refundable, and a cancellation must be received before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. A pro-rata refund applies only if Cognition terminates your paid subscription for reasons other than a breach. Separately, you can request a refund of any unspent extra-usage balance at any time through support.

What happens to my unused credits?
Windsurf moved from credits to quotas: remaining add-on credits were converted into an extra-usage balance at $10 per 250 credits, and unspent extra usage is refundable via support.
