Can I get a Supabase refund?
Supabase does not provide refunds; the Terms of Service state fees are non-refundable. On downgrade, unused subscription time is returned as non-expiring organization credits (pre-tax) that only offset future invoices. If you upgraded the wrong organization by mistake, support can transfer the amount as credits to another organization.

No. Downgrading to Free takes effect immediately, and prepaid time for the rest of the cycle is credited back as non-expiring credits.
