Can I get a Skillshare refund?

Canceling does not automatically issue a refund. After a seven-day trial charge, Skillshare can issue a one-time refund if support is contacted within 48 hours and the membership was not used after the charge. Charges after trials of 14 days or longer and renewal charges are non-refundable. App-store refunds go to the store. Statutory cooling-off and SEPA rights can apply in specified regions.
