Can I get a Shopify refund?

Shopify states that subscription plan charges are non-refundable. Canceling during a free trial without selecting a paid plan needs no further action, but a selected paid plan must be canceled manually. Pending app usage, transaction fees and shipping-label charges are collected at cancellation.
