Can I get a Replicate refund?
Purchased prepaid credit is valid for 1 year from the purchase date and is not refundable. All sales of Prepaid Credits are final except where required by law. Failed API runs are not charged. Cancelling an official-model run may still be charged for time already used. Private models and deployments bill failed and canceled runs for active instance time.

How do I stop Replicate from charging my card?
Disable auto reload in billing settings and stop adding credit. Delete deployments you no longer need. If you have a Terms-defined Subscription, contact replicate.com/support before the renewal date.
Can I get unused credit refunded?
No. Purchased credit is valid for one year and is not refundable.
What happens when my credit hits zero?
New work is blocked and infrastructure Replicate is running for you is shut down. Rare overages are charged to your default payment method at month end.
I still get a monthly invoice. How do I cancel that?
Accounts created before 16 July 2025 can stay on monthly arrears. Stop running models and deployments to avoid a next-month bill, or email [email protected] to move to prepaid credit.
