Can I get a PostHog refund?

PostHog's pricing page says unexpected bills are "pretty much always" refunded, and its side-project-insurance page promises to refund an unexpectedly large first-month bill caused by a traffic spike on hobby projects (via the in-app Help button) - while reserving the final call. Under the terms, prepaid contract credits are non-refundable, and customers without prepaid credits are not entitled to a refund on termination.
