When you downgrade, billing ends immediately and Pinecone still sends a final invoice for charges accrued in the current month. The Master Subscription Agreement says unused prepaid amounts are not refunded except after Pinecone's uncured material breach, or after Pinecone terminates for an intellectual-property injunction.
