Can I get a Netlify refund?

Netlify's Self-Serve Subscription Agreement makes all fees non-cancelable and non-refundable, including when you terminate, with no refunds for the unused portion of a term. To avoid a renewal charge, terminate at least one day before the term ends (or by written notice ten days prior). For billing problems, contact support; prorated amounts are only mentioned for mid-cycle Pro credit-tier changes.

Refund questions

From the verified Netlify guide
Does Netlify refund the unused part of my subscription?

No. All fees are non-cancelable and non-refundable, with no refunds for the unused portion of a term. If you think you were charged wrongly, contact Netlify support.

Do I lose unused credits when I downgrade?

Yes - unused monthly plan credits, including rollover credits, are removed when the downgrade takes effect. Credit-pack and auto-recharge credits remain available.

Can my sites stay online on the Free plan?

Yes, within limits: 300 credits per month as a hard cap. When they run out, all web projects on the team are paused and visitors see a "Site not available" page until the next cycle.
