Can I get a Modal refund?
Modal's Software as a Service Agreement states that Fees are not refundable except as described in the termination section. On termination, Customer shall pay all Fees set forth in the corresponding Service Order(s). Minimum commitments cannot be decreased during the specified term except under that termination section.
