Refund questions

From the verified Cloudflare guide
Do I get a refund for unused time?

No. You are billed for the full billing period in which you cancel, and no refunds are issued for unused time.

Are Cloudflare Registrar domain fees refundable?

No. Domains are sold at cost and fees pass straight to the registry, so registrations, renewals and transfers are final. Disable auto-renew before deleting your account.

Are plan upgrades prorated?

Yes - you are credited for the remaining days of the lower plan and charged the prorated higher rate; the full higher price applies from the next cycle.
