Payments are non-refundable except where the Consumer Terms or the law say otherwise. EEA and UK customers may receive a refund within 14 days of purchase, prorated by usage. Web refunds are requested through the in-product "Get help" messenger ("Claude Refund Request"); App Store refunds are decided by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com; Google Play refunds go through Anthropic support. Refunds cannot be processed while a bank dispute is pending.
