Can I get a Canva refund?
In most cases Canva subscriptions are not refundable, as set out in Canva's Terms of Use, but Canva states it reviews every refund request case by case. Approved refunds take about 5-10 business days on credit cards and 3-5 on PayPal. Subscriptions billed through the Apple App Store must be refunded by Apple directly; Canva cannot process those.
