Can I get a Base44 refund?
All Base44 services are non-refundable per the Terms of Service; cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period, and yearly plan fees are non-cancelable and non-refundable. For accidental upgrades or a wrong billing cycle, support can review the case and may approve a prorated refund minus processing fees. Mandatory consumer-law rights are preserved (for example, Israeli customers on Starter or Builder plans get prorated refunds).

Can I get a refund when I cancel Base44?

Can I cancel and then resubscribe to the same plan?
Not until the current billing cycle ends. Base44 suggests upgrading to a higher plan if you need credits immediately, then downgrading back at the end of the cycle.
I subscribed through the iOS app. Can Base44 cancel it for me?
No. Apple handles all App Store billing, so cancel via Settings → your name → Subscriptions and request refunds directly from Apple.
Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?
Yes, without a refund - but deletion takes effect 7 days after the request, and a renewal scheduled inside that window still charges unless you cancel the subscription manually first.
