Can I get a Adobe Express refund?
For most plans Adobe gives a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of the initial purchase. After 14 days, annual prepaid plans get no refund for the remainder of the year, and annual-paid-monthly plans pay a cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining contract balance; the month-to-month Premium plan simply runs to the end of the paid month. Google Play purchases are refunded through Google Play within 48 hours of purchase, after that through Adobe Support. App Store purchases are refunded by Apple.

How do teams cancel Adobe Express?
A system admin or contract owner cancels in the Admin Console under Account, Plans and licenses, Manage, Cancel Licenses. If the Cancel option is not visible yet, Adobe's Support tab chat handles it. Reseller purchases are cancelled through the reseller, and a cancellation fee or refund may apply depending on plan and renewal date.
