The cancellation flow is a downgrade to Free in Plan & Billing.
Sign in, select the organization icon at the top left and choose Plan & Billing.
Select Cancel my plan, choose Free and select Get Free to start the downgrade.
Select Continue to survey, submit the complete survey, check the confirmation box and select Cancel my plan.
Export responses if needed and identify paid features or extra team seats that will stop working on Free.
Open Cancel my plan, choose Free and select Get Free.
Submit the complete survey, check the confirmation box and select Cancel my plan. Verify the confirmation email arrives.
