Cancel Trello from the Workspace Billing page: sign in as a Workspace administrator, scroll to the bottom of Billing, select Cancel and confirm. It takes about 2 minutes; the paid plan stays available through the current billing period, then the Workspace returns to Free. An initial purchase may be refunded within 30 days, but renewals and upgrades are excluded.

Open Workspace billing
Sign in as a Workspace administrator, open the Trello menu, choose the paid Workspace and open Billing.

Select Cancel
Scroll to the bottom of the Billing page and select Cancel.

Confirm the cancellation
Complete the confirmation. The paid plan remains available through the current billing period.

Only a Workspace administrator can change or cancel a Standard or Premium plan.

Reduce the Workspace to 10 collaborators or fewer and decide which 10 boards should remain open.
