Four questions people ask before they cancelFor web purchases, TradingView offers refunds within 14 calendar days after an annual payment and within 7 calendar days after a monthly payment. Monthly market-data subscriptions are non-refundable; annual market-data refunds within 14 days deduct the current month. App purchases follow the store's refund policy.
A cancelled paid plan remains active until the next due date and then stops. TradingView also offers a free Basic plan. A cancelled free trial stops immediately, except separately purchased data packages.
TradingView does not document a general pause option for web or iOS subscriptions. Android subscriptions may expose Google Play's own pause controls, depending on eligibility.
Cancelling a subscription does not delete the TradingView account. Account deletion is separate under Settings and billing > Account settings > Delete account, takes effect after 30 days, and can retain published ideas, scripts and messages needed for platform integrity.
