Sign in as a site administrator in the owner company, select the profile image and choose Subscription.

Scroll to Cancel Subscription, select Cancel my subscription and complete the off-boarding survey.

Select Cancel Plan. The paid plan remains active through the billing cycle and then changes to Free Forever.
