How do I cancel Synthesia?

Short answer
Cancel Synthesia from the Billing section: click the profile icon, select Account info, open Billing, click the three-dot menu for the active plan and select Cancel your subscription. It takes about a minute and paid features remain until the end of the current billing period. Purchases are generally non-refundable, even if unused, unless the contract says otherwise.

Select Cancel your subscription and confirm the cancellation.
Export videos before the paid period ends because access to Synthesia and all videos is then lost.

What happens to my account data?
After cancellation, paid access continues until the end of the current period, then access to Synthesia and all videos is lost, so videos should be exported first.
