Superhuman Mail is the fast email client for Gmail and Microsoft 365. After the Superhuman and Coda combination, Mail remains a standalone product. Superhuman Docs is a different subscription. Open Superhuman admin or Command
For an individual Superhuman Mail subscription, log in at superhuman.com/admin, or in the Mail app press Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) and choose Cancel Subscription.

Complete the prompts shown there. Access continues through the current paid term.
Use the Grammarly Superhuman Subscription page only when Mail is billed as part of the Superhuman suite.

Non-contracted team members ask an admin
A member of a non-contracted team should ask the admin to cancel. Alternatively press Cmd+K or Ctrl+K and choose Billing Support so Superhuman can cancel the seat and remove the member. Admins remove members with Manage Team or at superhuman.com/admin.

Contracted team users must reach out to their Customer Success Manager to cancel.

If Mail is part of the Superhuman suite rather than a standalone Mail plan, cancel from the Subscription page at account.grammarly.com/superhuman/subscription: scroll to Cancel Subscription and confirm. That path applies across bundled Superhuman products.

Superhuman's terms say payments are non-refundable and unused subscription periods are not refunded. The Superhuman Mail annual-plan article is more specific: you can keep Mail until the annual period ends, or email [email protected] to request a remainder refund that ends Mail access.
Is there a cheaper way to stay?
Standalone Mail plans are Starter, Business, and Enterprise. After a Paid Subscription is canceled, Superhuman's terms say the account converts to a Free Subscription at the end of the current billing cycle. Suite customers change period from the Subscription page with Update plan.
Can I pause instead of cancel?
No subscription pause option is documented in the Mail cancellation article, annual-plan article, or Superhuman terms.
What happens to my account data?
Canceling a paid plan is not the same as deleting the account. For Superhuman Mail data rights, official help says to contact [email protected] to delete, access, or correct data. Uninstalling the app does not cancel billing.
