How do I cancel Speechify?
Cancel a Speechify-billed plan from Settings on app.speechify.com by selecting Cancel Subscription. It takes about 2 minutes, and Premium lasts until the current term ends. Unused annual plans may be refunded within 7 days; monthly, quarterly and discounted plans are non-refundable.

Step-by-step instructions
Use Speechify Settings only when Speechify bills the website purchase.
If you purchased directly from Speechify on the website, sign in to the account that pays for Premium.
Click your photo in the top right corner, then click Settings.
Select Cancel Subscription on the left panel. Terms place that button under Subscription at app.speechify.com/settings?tab=subscription. Cancelling stops upcoming and future charges, not previous charges. Premium features last until the next billing date.
Use Apple Settings when the App Store bills Premium.
If you purchased through the Apple App Store, open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
Select Speechify and tap Cancel Subscription. Speechify will not refund App Store purchases. Uninstalling the app does not cancel Apple billing.

Use Google Play when Play bills Premium.
If you purchased through Google Play, open subscriptions in Google Play on the Google Account that pays for Speechify.

For business and enterprise Group Subscriptions, Terms say either party may elect not to renew by written notice at least 30 days before the end of the then-current term unless the order says otherwise.

The TTS refund policy allows a refund within 7 days of the subscription (including any trial) for fraud or billing error, and for an unused annual subscription if you used no more than 500 HD words and contact Speechify within 7 days. Monthly, quarterly or discounted subscriptions are non-refundable. No partial refunds after using the service in the cycle. Apple and Google purchases are final with Speechify. After you cancel, you keep Premium features until the next billing date, or until the trial ends if you cancel during a trial. Changing package is documented as cancel the existing subscription, then re-subscribe; access continues until the existing renewal date. After the term, Free/Limited listener features remain.
No pause option is documented in Speechify's Terms, refund policy or cancel help.
Cancelling does not delete the account. Privacy policy: remove personal data by deleting the account in Settings. Paid subscribers are instructed to cancel subscriptions before they can delete the account. Speechify may retain some personal data for legal, tax, fraud and similar purposes after deletion.
