Open Rippling admin support
If you are a Rippling administrator, visit the Help Center from the Contact Rippling page to contact support. Employees cannot cancel the company subscription.

Send written non-renewal notice
Notify Rippling in writing at least 30 days before the Subscription Term ends. Email [email protected] or use the admin Help Center contact path, and follow any prompts in your Order Form or support thread.

Do not rely on account deactivation alone
You may deactivate the Rippling Account with the tools in the Rippling Services, but that is not a termination of the Agreement or Order Form and does not stop payment obligations through the current Subscription Term.
Deactivating the account does not cancel billing. Written non-renewal notice is required.
Only a company administrator can cancel. Employees should contact their Rippling administrator.

Check the Order Form term
The Initial Subscription Term is the term on your Order Form. It auto-renews for the shorter of that same duration or 12 months unless written non-renewal arrives at least 30 days prior. User counts cannot be decreased during a Subscription Term.

The Customer Terms say fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided. A prompt pro rata refund of prepaid unused fees is available only if you terminate because Rippling did not cure a material breach within 30 days of written notice. Subscription fees are payable at the start of each Subscription Term.
Is there a cheaper way to stay?
The number of Users cannot be decreased during the Subscription Term. Unused seats may be reallocated to new Users. Adding Users above the Order Form number incurs fees for the rest of the term.
Can I pause instead of cancel?
No subscription pause option is documented in the public Customer Terms or pricing pages.
What happens to my account data?
The public Customer Terms do not publish a post-cancellation deletion timeline for Customer Data. Trial Service data is permanently lost unless you buy the same service or export it before the trial ends. Deactivating the account does not end the Agreement.
