Refunds, downgrades, pausing and your data
Four questions people ask before they cancelRefunds are available for billing errors, a complete PostFast outage lasting more than 72 hours, or unresolved bugs that prevent core features from working as advertised. A first-month satisfaction refund may be considered but is not guaranteed. Requests must be emailed within 48 hours of the issue. Cancelling does not refund the current period.
Cancellation keeps the paid plan active through the current term, then downgrades access. PostFast does not document an ongoing free-plan entitlement after cancellation.
No subscription pause option is documented on PostFast's pricing page, billing guide or terms.
Cancelling does not delete the workspace. Connected accounts, drafts and analytics history remain. Personal information can be deleted in account settings when available or by contacting PostFast, although information may be retained when legally required.
