How do I cancel Philo?

Cancel Philo from the Account page on philo.com: select the profile avatar, choose Account, then Cancel my subscription and Complete cancellation. It takes about 2 minutes, and viewing access continues through the current billing cycle. Philo does not refund or credit the unused part of a subscription period unless the law requires it.

Sign in on philo.com, select the profile avatar and choose Account.

Start cancellation
Select Cancel my subscription, then Continue to cancellation and choose a reason.

Confirm cancellation
Select Complete cancellation. Access continues through the current billing cycle.
Use Apple Subscriptions only when Apple billed the plan.

For an Apple-billed plan, open Settings, tap your name and choose Subscriptions.

Under Active Subscriptions, select Philo.

Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm. Access continues through the billing cycle.
Use Google Play only when Google billed the plan.

Is there a cheaper way to stay?
Philo has a separate Free Channels experience, but cancellation does not automatically promise conversion to it. A canceled paid account can be reactivated later while retained account information remains.
Can I pause instead of cancel?
No Philo subscription pause option is documented.
What happens to my account data?
Cancellation retains the name, email and phone number, and the payment processor retains the card unless Remove payment info is selected. Permanent deletion requires Support and prevents reactivation; some legal and operational records or backups can remain.
