How do I cancel or delete Moz Local?
Cancel Moz Local from Account & Billing: open the Moz Local tab, use Manage plan to select Cancel, then click Cancel on renewal. Step-by-step instructions
Moz Pro and Moz Local are separate subscriptions and must be canceled separately. Use the Moz Local tab.
Log into your Moz account and select Account & Billing from the profile icon menu.
On the Subscription Summary page, select the Moz Local tab if you also subscribe to Moz Pro or Moz API.
Find the location you want to cancel. Under Manage plan, use the drop-down to select Cancel.
Confirm and click Cancel on renewal. Auto-renew stops, and listing updates continue until the renewal date shown. You can Un-cancel before that date.
Check the box that the action is immediate and permanent, then click Cancel immediately. The location is released at once and cannot be un-canceled; a new purchase is required to manage it again.
Cancel at least 72 hours before the billing period ends. If renewal is inside 72 hours, Moz says Cancel immediately is the way to avoid the next annual charge. Cancel immediately cannot be undone.
Agency and multi-location accounts still cancel per location. Moz Pro seats cannot manage Moz Local.
Each physical location is its own Moz Local subscription. Cancel them one at a time from the Moz Local tab.
Seated Moz Pro users do not get Moz Local access. The Moz account that holds the location subscriptions has to cancel them.
For 50 or more locations, Moz asks you to contact its team. Email [email protected] from the account address if self-serve Cancel is not available. Local General Conditions still say a location is canceled from the Moz Local dashboard.

Local General Conditions add that cancelling a business location does not entitle you to any complete or partial refund, and that paid service fees are non-cancelable and non-refundable. A plan change can apply a prorated credit to a new subscription; that is not a cash refund of a cancellation.
From the Moz Local tab, use Manage Plan, then Change Plan, pick the lower plan and billing cadence, Preview Changes, then Adjust Plan. The change takes effect immediately and starts a new subscription from that date, with a prorated credit for time left on the previous level. Leftover credit is added to the Moz account for a future invoice.
No pause option is documented for Moz Local. The documented ways to stop billing are Cancel on renewal and Cancel immediately.
Partners do not revert listings after cancellation; Moz tells them the listing is no longer being managed. Cancel immediately releases the location and stops sending updates, and cancellation removes listing data from the dashboard. Account deletion is separate: cancel subscriptions first, then email [email protected] from the account address. Full deletion usually takes up to 30 days.
