How do I cancel Mistral AI?
Cancel Mistral AI from Subscriptions in the Admin panel: open the Subscription tab, choose Unsubscribe in Downgrade to Free, then confirm. It takes about 2 minutes. Cancel within 14 days of the first purchase for an immediate refund; later, access lasts until the billing period ends, then the organization returns to Free mode.

Step-by-step instructions
One organization plan covers Vibe, Studio, and included API credits. Disable pay-as-you-go separately if you use the API.
Sign in and open admin.mistral.ai/subscriptions. Select the Subscription tab.
In the Downgrade to Free section, select Unsubscribe.
Confirm. You receive a confirmation email. Within 14 days of the initial purchase, cancellation is immediate. After that window, access lasts until the billing period ends, then Free mode. Resume subscription can undo a scheduled cancel before the period ends.
Pay-as-you-go is a separate setting. To disable it, open admin.mistral.ai/plateforme/subscription.
App Store cancel applies only to Pro purchased in the iOS app.
If Pro was bought in the iOS app, tap the menu icon at the top left, then tap your organization name to open Settings.
Under Account, tap Subscription.
Tap Manage subscription to open Apple Subscriptions, then tap Cancel Subscription.
Google Play cancel applies only to Pro purchased in the Android app.
If Pro was bought in the Android app, tap the menu icon at the top left, then tap your organization name to open Settings.
Under Account, tap Subscription.

Team billing is web-only.
If the account was created by a company or school, only that administrator can unsubscribe.

Refunds, downgrades, pausing and your data
Four questions people ask before they cancelOn the website, a refund applies only if you cancel within 14 days of the initial purchase, not a renewal. That cancel is immediate and the refund is processed automatically. After the window there is no refund and access lasts until the period ends. App Store and Google Play refunds go through Apple or Google. Prepaid API credits are reviewed case by case. Commercial Terms say commercial fees are non-refundable unless an Order Form says otherwise.
Unsubscribe is the documented path to Free mode. Upgrades use Compare plans in the Admin panel. Switching monthly and annual can require cancelling first, then resubscribing at the end of the period.
No pause or hold option is documented. After a scheduled cancel you can select Resume subscription before the billing period ends.
Delete the account only after paid access has ended and outstanding fees are paid. On the Admin panel account page, click Delete account under Danger Zone, type the email in full, then confirm. Deletion cannot be undone. Export data first.

Is La Plateforme a different subscription from Vibe or Le Chat?
Official pages treat one organization plan as covering Vibe, Studio, and API usage. Pay-as-you-go is a setting, not a second plan. Le Chat was renamed Vibe.
When does a web cancel take effect?
Within 14 days of the first purchase it is immediate. After that, you keep the paid plan until the end of the billing period, then Free mode.
Do I get a refund from Mistral AI?
On the website, only for the initial purchase if you cancel within 14 days. Store purchases go through Apple or Google. API credit refunds are case by case.
I subscribed in the iOS or Android app. Where do I cancel?
In the app: Settings, Subscription, Manage subscription, then Cancel Subscription in the App Store or Google Play. Team plans must be cancelled on the web.
How do I stop API pay-as-you-go?
Open admin.mistral.ai/plateforme/subscription and disable pay-as-you-go. That setting is separate from Unsubscribe.
Can I delete my account while still on Pro or Team?
No. Paid access must be inactive and outstanding fees paid first. Then use Delete account in the Admin panel Danger Zone.
