How do I cancel Leonardo.Ai?

Refund requests receive manual human assessment. Leonardo's refund policy covers major faults, materially misleading descriptions, unfitness for the stated purpose, persistent access problems, token non-delivery, and significantly defective digital goods. Change-of-mind requests may be refused.
Is there a cheaper way to stay?
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period and the account moves to Free. Unused current-period tokens expire; rollover tokens are lost when the subscription is cancelled.
Can I pause instead of cancel?
A subscription can be paused for up to three months in each subscription period. Access stops and fees are not charged on a pro-rata basis while paused. The rollover token bank is retained, but only the free daily allowance remains available.
What happens to my account data?
Switching to Free does not remove saved collections. Account deletion is separate, irreversible, and requires paid subscriptions to be cancelled first.
